Freiburg is connected via fast trains that ply amongst others to the international airports of Frankfurt (FRA), Stuttgart (STR) and Zürich (ZRH). The ride takes approx. 2-2.5 hours.
Fast trains

Predominantly european flight connections are served by the Euroairport (BSL), Baden-Airpark (FKB) and Strasbourg (SXB). The transfer via shuttle bus, local train or rental car takes approx. 1 hour.

The convention center is within walking distance to the central train station (20 min), hotels (5-20 min) and city center (5 min). Furthermore public transport and taxis are available at any time.
